The challenge
Fast-food chains and cloud kitchens were juggling separate tools for each branch, paper kitchen tickets and end-of-day spreadsheets. Owners had no live view of orders or revenue across locations.
Our approach
We mapped the order journey from counter to kitchen to delivery with restaurant staff, then designed an interface that needs no training — large touch targets, clear status colours and as few taps as possible.
